"Construction and equipment of a slaughterhouse by reconstruction of a part of existing barn and outbuilding in Reg. I-31, quarter 15 in the village of Pastrogor, Svilengrad Municipality"

Grate Commerce Ltd. has an approved project under sub-measure 4.1 of the RDP 2014-2020. for the modernization of a sheep farm in the village of Pustrogor, Svilengrad. This project proposal is related to the construction of a PUNCH for small ruminants by reconstruction of a part of an existing barn and annex, in the village of Pustrogor, Svilengrad. The slaughterhouse is for small ruminants and has a capacity of 480 units per year. and is built on the territory of a farm registered as a holding under Art. 137 of the Law on Veterinary Activities, whereby the owner is the applicant company, with only the animals owned by him or animals imported from another registered farm being slaughtered at the point. The number of animals assimilated to units that can be slaughtered at the slaughterhouse is not exceeded by 480 units per year, for small ruminants with a live weight: a) over 15 kg - 0.20 units; (b) below 15 kg - 0.10 units; ie 2400 animals over 15 kg will be slaughtered annually. The slaughterhouse will be located in Reg. I-31 - for a livestock farm, Q.15 according to the plan of the village of Pustrogor, Svilengrad property of the company.
