"SERENA" EOOD owns an enterprise for the production of a wide range of dried and delicacy fruits and vegetables, located in PI: 035032, "Pitarkov Han", village of Slokoshtitsa, Kyustendil municipality.With the financial support provided under Sub-Measure 4.2 "Investments in processing/marketing of agricultural products" from the Rural Development Program (PRSR) 2014-2020, the company intends to improve its productivity and competitiveness by making the following investments: Construction of a storage warehouse hall and two-storey office building: Block A is a single-storey warehouse that will be built from a CTB structure and a roof of pre-tensioned ribbed panels.The facade walls will be made of thermo panels with polyurethane isolation.The roof’s hydro and thermal isolation will be provided by thermal panels with polyurethane.There will be storage racks on a track in the hall, to be used for storing the finished products from a “Fruit Dryer” located in a nearby property. Block B is a two-storey office building that will be filled with a traditional monolithic STB structure with a flat, unusable roof. Planned on the first floor are: Lounge, reception hall, storage room, laboratory, rest room, accessible toilet, hygiene room, dressing room, anteroom, corridor and staircase. Planned on the second floor are: Offices with one workplace - 2 Offices with four workplaces - 2 Male and female toilets with common anteroom and a hygienic inventory room. -Purchase and installation of ventilation systems, air conditioning and smoke and heat installation -Racking system -Gasocar -Vertical planning
