"Eco Meat Total" Ltd processes more than 1 500 decares. land from the arable land of different villages in the municipality of Karlovo. At present, the candidate has planted 42 decares of oil-bearing roses in full fruit production and 102,281 decares of oil-bearing roses, which will enter full fruit after three years. At present, 29 decares of pink plantations are certified as organic and the remaining 115,281 decares will be certified as biologists for the next and next years. The investment from Eko Meat Total Ltd. is for the construction of a distillery for the processing of essential oils in land plot #142061 on the territory of the village of Rozino, Karlovo, district Plovdiv. By realizing an investment under the current project "Eco Meat Total" Ltd. will provide conditions for realization of sustainable economic viability of the activity and employment for the future period, improvement of the overall activity, economic efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise developing in the sector of production of essential oils. For this purpose a new installation, which is universal in terms of technological equipment, is designed and it is possible to carry out both steam and water - steam distillation. It will be built on a new production site, along with all necessary basic and auxiliary premises and facilities. The capacity of the distillery is calculated on the base of the investor's culture - oil rose. It will work seasonally during the summer months of May and June: for oil rose - about 28 - 30 days a year, depending on climatic conditions. The distillery is designed to process rose blossoms with capacity of about 2 tons per cycle by working on an 8-hour shift in 3 production cycles per day. Of course, periods are not strictly fixed because they are extremely dependent on climatic conditions. To a large extent, the investment intention of the applicant is caused by the need to add value to its own agricultural produce by processing it producing rose oil.
