The current project is related to the construction of an enterprise for production of local products in the town of Belitsa. The investment intention of the applicant includes the execution of construction and assembly works, the purchase of technological equipment for the purpose of the production process and the purchase of specialized transport. The main raw material for processing will be calves and hogget. According to the elaborated technological project, the specialized meat processing enterprise is focused on the production of high quality conventional local products according to established technologies. It is envisaged that the newly built complex will have all the necessary resources for the adequate and full satisfaction of the envisaged activities. The optimal conditions for production, quality assurance and storage will be ensured for the types of assortment according to the technological parameters and the sequence of operations specified in the design documentation. The undertaken activities will support the development and diversification of the economic situation in the area and will create new opportunities for alternative income insurance for the local population. The investment will undoubtedly have a high efficiency when it comes to reducing unemployment and creating employment for residents of the municipality.
