Construction of a distillery for the processing of essential oil crops

The main activity of Slavi - Mladen Demirov ET is in the field of agriculture. The cultivated area of ​​the entire farm is just over 10,000 acres. The main crops grown are wheat, barley, sunflower, tobacco, corn, rose oil, lavender, lemon balm and medicinal chamomile. The investment in this project proposal is focused on the activity related to the processing of the primary raw material produced by the applicant as well as the supply of other agricultural producers in the final product and its sales in the form of essential oil for cosmetic and medical purposes by building a production distillery lavender oil and pink color, as well as rose water. The investment costs of the project proposal include: construction of a distillery for the processing of essential oil ores, including construction works - production building, marble shaft, three-stage water purifier, deironing plant, chimney, metal ladders and platforms, supply and installation of equipment part heating and ventilation and delivery of three-phase unit. The project involves purchasing software for the management of the production of essential oils and telescopic loaders. The software will allow traceability of the raw material and its supplier to the finished product. When cutting and storing the produce will be reflected by which distillation apparatus and respectively the raw material / supplier / is obtained the finished product. The management will have the necessary information to make corrective raw materials, distillation and supplier decisions in order to get quality output and achieve low yield. The telescopic loader will be used when unloading the raw material for processing in the distillery (pink and lavender). Will participate in ongoing repairs to the facilities, in winter conditions clears landing sites for loading of finished goods for expedition.
