Construction of a distillery for the processing of essential oils

AGRO-PRODUCT Ltd. is a family-owned company founded in 2008 in the beautiful Bulgarian village of Gabarevo, located in the heart of the rose valley near the famous town of Pavel Banya with its healing mineral waters. The company specializes in the production of essential oils and aromatic waters, namely: rose oil, lavender oil, rose water and lavender water. The quality natural products produced by the company have had a great impact on long-standing loyal relationships with its customers. Excellently known on the world market, trade with countries such as Japan, America, Germany France, Italy, China and others. The company owns a mobile distillery built in 2014, located in the village of Gabarevo, Pavel Banya municipality, Stara Zagora region, which produces 50% organic and 50% conventional products. The current project envisages an increase in production capacity by more than 100% and the improvement of the quality of the produced products by building a new distillery with new modern technological equipment, which will produce only organic products such as rose oil, lavender oil and rose water. The project envisages purchasing software for the management of the production of essential oils and a gas forklift for ordering the finished products in the warehouse for stored and for loading / unloading activities. The software will provide management with the necessary information to make corrective about raw material, distillation, and supplier decisions to get quality output and achieve low yields. The investments envisaged under the project proposal are aimed at sustainable development and improvement of the company's competitiveness, creating a real opportunity to strengthen the position of the international markets and increase the market share on a national scale.
