Plant for apple processing and production of apple ice-cider in the village of Dolna Beshovitsa, Roman municipality

This project proposal is related to the implementation of an investment for the construction of a plant for apple processing and production of apple ice-cider in the village of Dolna Beshovitsa, Roman municipality, aimed at achieving low production costs, high productivity and high quality production. By implementing the planned investment, a highly-optimized production process will be achieved, which will result in high quality and low cost of the production – apple ice cider, incl.: - Apple ice-cider - 750 ml. - Sparkling apple ice-cider - 750 ml. The construction of a plant for apple processing and production of apple ice-cider involves investment activities in the following areas related to the planning of the development of the Applicant’s processing activity: - Construction and assembly works, incl.: -- Main building -- Water mirror -- Vertical planning – geodesy, open pit, retaining walls, off-site and on-site plumbing, road - Delivery, installation and putting into operation of: -- Basic equipment - origin Bulgaria -- Basic equipment – origin import -- Refrigeration equipment -- Barrels -- Box pallets -- Vehicles -- Laboratory equipment and inventory
