"ORANGEERI GIMEL" JSC will apply for repair, reconstruction and extension of a workshop for production of salami under sub-measure 4.2. "Investment in processing / marketing of agricultural products" from measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Rural Development Program 2014-2020). Regarding the existing salad production plant from P000422, the beneficiary intends to increase the capacity of the workshop, to improve the production conditions and to meet the standards of the trade chains with regard to the production and storage conditions of the production through the planned investment. The applicant will also build a modern and highly productive line for lyophilization of its own organic fruit and vegetable production. The line maintains the most modern process of sublimation of foods, which leads to the complete preservation of the nutrients in them and accordingly the possibility to store them in lyophilized form almost unlimited time. This is extremely innovative and expensive technology and is mainly used for high-value foods that need to be transported and stored for a long time in a small volume (from 5 to 15 times the weight of food after lyophilization). The process is a combination of low-temperature moisture extraction at high pressure which greatly reduces the volume of production but preserves absolutely all its nutritional qualities
