The he current application has the goal to prove the efficiency of the investment plans of “Tervel 2014” Ltd. for construction of walnuts processing plant and warehouse for short-term storage of walnuts in regulated plot I, quarter 64, village Dolna Lipnica, municipality Pavlikeni, region Veliko Tarnovo . By implementing of the investments of the current project, “Tervel 2014” Ltd. will assist the realization of stable economic viability of the production activity and employment in the future, will improve the whole production activity in general, the economic efficiency and competitiveness of the plant, working in the walnuts processing sector. “Tervel 2014” Ltd. is a company registered as an agricultural producer who plants agricultural land in the vicinity of Polski Trambesh municipality, Veliko Tarnovo region. The main activity of the candidate is in the plant breeding sector producing walnuts from existing plantations of 223.173 dka and newly planted combined plantations of walnuts and hazelnuts currently of 565 dka and in the process of creation of over 400 dka of combined plantations of walnuts and hazelnuts. The existing and the newly planted combined plantations of walnuts and hazelnuts and the future ones are planted on agricultural land that is long-term rented by “Tervel 2014” Ltd. from the municipality of Polski Trambesh.
