"Construction of a cheesemaker and storage facility in UPI I - 126, 133, 127 sq. 24 on the plan of the village of Eleshtica, Razlog municipality, Blagoevgrad district and purchase of modernization equipment"

The project envisages construction and assembly works - a new construction of a cheese workshop, consisting of: Production building with total built-up area - 1103 sq.m., Administrative building with total built-up area - 493 sq.m. and Site installation networks - with an area of ​​500 sq.m. in I-126, 127, 133, 24 according to the plan of the village of Eleshnitsa, Razlog municipality, as well as purchase of new technological equipment for its operation as well as for the existing workshop and compliance with the NVS requirements for production of dairy products. The technological project and the specification of the necessary equipment have divided the necessary machinery and equipment for the new premises as well as the necessity of purchasing the equipment for the existing productions. With the realization of the present project, the production of brine sirens will be "exported" to the newly built premises and the production of the cheese and other dairy products will remain. In the last 10 years, the applicant has implemented a large-scale investment program, thanks to which he achieves the variety of products he currently manufactures and maintains his high quality, which in turn is a basic prerequisite for achieving good trading positions and financial results.
