Module building an object with a capacity of 2000 liters of milk a day. The site will be located in PI 081038 on the territory of the village of Tarnava, Miziya, reg. Vratsa. Will process sheep's milk own raw material. The following products will be produced: siren in packing plastic boxes 8 kg, cheese in a pack of 1 kg. and Yoghurt in 0.4 kg pots. We will work on a non-stop basis for a 7-day work week, and for the purposes of the project, the capacity will be calculated at 52 weeks per year. From the 2000 liters of milk you will be processed each day with 1500 liters of milk for cheese in a plastic box of 8 kg. The remaining 500 liters of milk will be processed as follows - 2 days 500 l for cabbage and 5 days for 500 liters for yoghurt. They are provided for the purchase of two specialized means of transport. One will be used to transport raw milk from members' farms to the dairy, for which purpose tanks will be installed on the dairy. The other means of transport will be transformed into a refrigerator to transport the company's finished products to wholesale and wholesale exchanges.
