An establishment for production of essential oils, extracts, cosmetic products and warehouse for storage of agricultural production-herbs in PL V-1156, kv.164,, village of Orehovitsa, Dolna Mitropoliya Municipality

The project proposal intends the construction of an essential oil production plant through water distillation and extraction. The following oils will be produced: 1. Essential oil of lavender and sage produced by steam distillation. The production capacity of the plant is: lavender essential oil - 5850 kg / year, essential oil of salvia - 785 kg / year. 2. Lavender, sage oil and rosehip sed produced by extraction. A module for pre-preparation of the seed and the rosehip seed (rough, fine-grained, strain, gravitational mass and packing block) required for the production of the oil, as well as a plant for its crushing, separation, extraction (pressing) and filtering is provided. The technological capacity of the plant is 5500 kg / year for seed oil, 6800 kg / yr. for lavender oil and 1000 kg / year for saliva oil; Apart from this, a wheel loader will be purchased for ancillary activities and minimizing themanual work in the farm and a scale with the capacity of up to 60 tons for weighing the incoming essential oil crops with the purpose of the evenly load the technological equipment and preventing the loss of untimely distillation.
