Meat-producing enterprise from large ruminants with cutting plant and production of meat semimanufactured products and preserved foods by “Lider Mes” Ltd

The project proposal of the applicant for construction of a new modern meat and meat processing enterprise is related to the construction of the necessary production facilities and to the purchase of new machinery and equipment necessary for the organization of slaughtering with a cutting plant for large ruminants and production of meat semimanufactured products and meat preserves. The investment will be realized on the territory of Regulated plot of land XXVI-402, district 2, region Dolna Byalcha on the territory of Peshtera, Peshtera Municipality, for which the applicant has an unlimited right of construction. By implementing this project, Lider Mes EOOD will provide conditions for the realization of viable economic activity and sustainable employment for the future. The overall activity, economic efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise that is currently being developed in the livestock breeding sector will be improved, but the ambition is to enter the food processing industry with meat yield and meat processing products from large ruminants. The project provides for the construction of a new production base, which requires technological equipment for meat production and meat processing activities. The company also plans to make investments in construction works, but only investment costs related to the supply and installation of machinery and equipment for meat production and meat processing are the subject of application for the grant under sub-measure 4.2 of the current project selection procedure. To a large extent, the applicant's investment intention is driven by the need for new production capacity to offer a wider range of high added value products. By closing the production cycle (from fattening of meat ruminants to meat production and processing), the applicant will be able to market meat products and foods originating from high-quality meat cattle breeds, which he himself raises in his registered livestock farm.
