Building a distillery for essential oils

This investment project is applying for funding under the RDP 2014-2020, sub-measure 4.2 "Investment in processing / marketing of agricultural products" for the construction of a distillery for essential oils. The following activities will be implemented within the project: Construction and assembly works for the construction of: - Production building - distillery - Office building with residential premises; - Vertical landscaping, Green areas - Lagoon Purchase of machinery, equipment and equipment for the processing of essential oil crops. Tractor with front loader for work in the distillery. Purchase of land and production site The value of the investment costs is BGN 2 064 972,70 excluding VAT. As a result of the implementation of the investment plan, a total annual production is planned - rose oil: 48.85 kg. and lavender oil: 3557.14 kg. After the implementation of the project, 2 new jobs will be created for work in the distillery. Two new products will be introduced as a result of the project. "Emil Chaushev" ET will provide more than 70% of the raw material for its own production. Working conditions in the distillery will meet everyone for safety and hygiene. The two new technological processes and new products are 1 water-steam distillation by which by in the process of pink color (oil-bearing rose) - rose oil. 2.private distillation by which lavender oil is produced Both processing products are outside Annex 1 TFEU. Thus, the project proposal falls within the scope of Regulation (EC) 702/2004. The location of the investment is in the village of Tseretelevo, Saedinenie municipality, which falls in the list of rural areas. ET "Emil Chaushev" is a micro enterprise. Thus, the applicant and the project proposal qualify for eligibility for investments involving the processing of Annex 1 TFEU products in products outside Annex 1 TFEU.
