The project activities include the construction of two production plants for processing beef carcasses, the purchase of technological equipment and equipment. It is envisaged to process only its own raw material. One workshop is for delicate raw dried products and the other is for raw meat preparations. The company "Gloamata Zvezda" EOOD was created by Farmer Tonyu Zhelyazkov, who grows meat-bearing breeds of bovine animals of special breed of anagus. In order to add value to his production of fattened cattle, Tonju Zhelyazkov registered a Sole-Owned Company which will process the produced raw material by the Farmer.
