"MKD" Ltd. is an innovative enterprise of the food industry, which needs support for creating a technological and production base, integrating new methods and technologies for processing of agricultural products. The current investment project for building a new base for freezing of organic fruit fully corresponds to the main objective of the measure - improvement of the overall activity of enterprises in the processing industry, introduction of new technologies, increase of production capacities. The objectives will be achieved through the implementation of project activities, namely the construction of a new fruit and vegetable processing plant and three refrigeration chambers that will meet all national and international standards to achieve high quality and environmentally friendly production. With the implementation of the project will be achieved the following results: better use of the factors of production; improving the quality and safety of food and its traceability; improving the protection of the environment, improving vertical and horizontal cooperation between farmers, processors and traders; a significant ecological effect by stimulating organic production in the country and investments related to increasing energy efficiency within farms and businesses, and last but not least, sustainable employment will be created by opening new jobs. Through the implementation of its investment plan "M.K.D." Ltd. will become a modern, high-tech enterprise covering all requirements of applicable national and European legislation.
