Construction of a production building for parcelling of essential oils and floral waters with warehouse and administrative part and purchase of technological equipment

Alteya Organics Ltd specializes in the production of organic Bulgarian rose oil and water as well as a wide range of certified organic cosmetic products based on the Bulgarian oil rose and lavender. The company owns its own rose plantations certified as organic, as well as its own rose and production facilities near the village of Yagoda, Maglizh municipality. The company has a strong presence in international markets, and its production is well known in Japan, America, Hong Kong, Korea, Europe. Currently, the company has succeeded in becoming the most successful organic cosmetics company in Bulgaria with numerous prizes won at home and abroad. The company has offices in America, Japan and Korea. The investments in the project proposal are entirely focused on the production of rose oil and rose water without affecting the production of cosmetic products. In order to achieve the required volume of finished products and cover the market demand, the company envisages an expansion of the existing capacities by constructing a new production building with adjoining storage facilities and offices and the purchase of additional technological equipment for increasing the production capacity of the distillery. The project proposal includes the construction of a storage room for the finished product, which is an important stage of the technological specification resulting from the nature of the products. Essential oils are multi-component mixtures that have to be stored at a temperature between 5 ° C and 20 ° C, isolated from direct sunlight and access to oxygen to maintain a permanent chemical composition. To maintain the quality of the floral waters, it is necessary to put them in the same temperature range, protected from direct sunlight and in hygienic conditions.
