Construction and equipment of hazel processing plant in Katselovo village, Dve mogili, region Ruse

The hazel processing plant consists of two main sub-projects: In the first sub-project - a newly designed metal building with area for rough cleaning and storage is accepted the field hazelnuts arriving from the field. In the rough cleaning section, the hazelnuts are accepted during the harvesting campaign (about 20 days) and basic cleaning is done with green and brown shells, mineral impurities and pebbles. The planned capacity of the rough cleaning section and warehouse is 1.5 t / hour or 12 tons / change of uncleaned hazelnuts. The total annual capacity is 240 tonnes of input raw material. After rough cleaning, storage before processing is 11.84 tons / shift or 238 tons per year. In the second subsection - a processing plant for nuts and a cooling chamber, breaking, peeling, calibrating, sorting, packing and storing of the already processed hazelnuts is done. The anticipated input capacity of the processing plant is 0.5 ton / hour or 4 tonne / shift cleaned hazelnuts. After processing, 2 tons / shift or 118 tons of finished product per year (hazelnut kernel - cleaned, peeled, calibrated, sorted by color and weight, packed) arrives in the refrigeration chamber before dispatch. The technological equipment envisaged for purchase as well as the buildings in which it will be installed are fully in line with the technological design and the production capacity for each of the different stages of the technology.
