Purchasing a technological line for production of yoghurt and lactic acid products in the territory of the village of Tsaratsovo, Maritsa municipality, Plovdiv district

"AVIUS 2003" Ltd applied for a purchase of production line of yogurt and lactic acid products in the village of Tsaratsovo, Maritsa municipality, Plovdiv district. The aim of the project is to be mounted on a comprehensive new production line of yogurt drink with improved nutritional and probiotic qualities corresponding to the interests of the investor, subject to market conditions and applicable regulatory requirements for milk and milk products. Accordingly, the production line will be installed in a building in property № 78080.102.1 in the land of the village of Tsaratsovo, Maritsa municipality. According to the production program, the daily production capacity is as follows: 1. Total processed raw milk, about 5000 kg / liter 2. Total processed colostrum raw material with egg yolk supplement of 100 to 300 liters / 24 hours - 4-10 kg. specialized lyophilized / dry / product for 250 business days a year: 3. Total production / drinking yoghurt and freeze-dried product 1 250t./ 250 business days. Drinking yoghurt production has been granted copyright for innovation - cascading fermentation under intellectual and industrial property registration No. 400100023-KNOB. The value of the equipment applied for under this investment plan amounts to BGN 3 843 205.94.
