Enterprise for fruit processing by drying and production of fruit vinegar

The project implementation addresses the need to overcome the challenges related to high energy intensity in the industry and high levels of spending on agricultural production and energy due to physically and morally obsolete technologies, limited access to new practices, production systems and models . These challenges are addressed by investing in building a modern production base and implementing high-tech equipment that results in improved energy end-use efficiency and increasing the enterprise's capacity for sustainable growth and competitiveness. "PLAMAR - 2002" Ltd. is a representative of the target group under sub-measure 4.2 of Measure 4 of the PRSR implementing projects that are based on promotion of agricultural processing and are implemented in sectors characterized by high energy intensity, the Enterprise also falls into the area of the two priorities for the program. The current project is to build a fruit processing plant by drying and producing fruit vinegar. The aim of the project proposal is to achieve sustainable growth in the increasing market trend towards the demand for delicate dried fruit and apple vinegar. A prerequisite for this is the high quality of the fruits that are harvested, as well as the strong traditions we have in the food industry. It increases the export of dried fruit. The expected results are the food industry market penetration of PLAMAR - 2002 EOOD with good efficiency, efficiency and economy of the input raw materials, which leads to sustainable growth and better utilization of production factors in the following activities: 1) Acquisition of efficient production equipment; 2) Construction of a new generation production facility with a ventilation installation for utilization of residual heat;
