EXCAVATION FACTORY: PRODUCTION AND PURIFICATION OF CONCRETE AND ABSOLUTE FROM ROSE AND LAVENDULA

This project proposal is related to the purchase of the necessary production and laboratory equipment for "EXTRACT CECH: PRODUCTION AND PURIFICATION OF CONCRETE AND ABSOLUTE FROM ROSE AND LAVENDULA". Continuous striving to expand the production program, improve product quality, increase production and upgrade production capacities necessitates the construction of a new extraction workshop. The workshop will meet the current technological, sanitary and hygienic and building-technical norms in force in Bulgaria and the EU. After the implementation of the project, the Applicant will be able to produce products of constant quality, guaranteed hygiene of production and traceability of the product. Compliance with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices during the implementation of the production program is directly related to the need to build this type of extraction installation. The production and purification of concrete and absolute from roses and lavender in the new plant will be done by extraction (extraction) of roses and lavender. The specificity of extraction when obtaining concrete and absolute requires rapid processing, possibly without intermediate storage of the fresh mass, which requires the introduction of overlapping shifts of work throughout the day in the days of a campaign. The following products will be produced and purified in the workshop: - pink absolule; - pink concrete; - lavender absolule; - lavender specificity. The applicant will finance with his / her own funds the reconstruction of the available space. This project proposal only includes the seizure of the necessary technological equipment, namely: - Technological line for production and purification by extraction of concrete and absolute from rose and lavender - Laboratory equipment for the Extraction Workshop: production and purification of concrete and absolute from rose and lavender
