Construction and equipment of a processing and storage facility organic bee honey and bee products

The current project envisages the construction of an enterprise and the purchase of technological equipment for the processing of raw organic honey and beeswax. Technological installations and equipment for processing of organic honey will be installed, including - tempering, melting, homogenization with subsequent cutting and packing by a filling machine, as well as a machine for forming wax foundations. The technological equipment is fully in line with the technological capacity of the enterprise and its purpose is selectively described in the attached explanatory note to the technological part. The current project aims to build power to process the production of the members of the Bulgarian Organic FOODs producer organization, thus adapting their production to the market requirements, joint marketing of goods, including preparation for sales , centralization of sales and deliveries to wholesale buyers. Competitiveness of primary bee honey producers will be enhanced by better integration into the agricultural and food chain. Centralized storage of organic honey and wax produced by members of the organization will increase the quality control of their production and facilitate the traceability of products on their way from farms to end users.
