Draft proposal of Nikolay Radomirov Delchev under sub-measure 4.1.2. "Investment in agricultural holdings under thematic sub-program for development of small farms". Purpose of the investment purchase of a 20-30 hp Tractor, Ventilator Sprinkler, Tractor Plow and Disk harrow.

Candidate Nikolay Radomirov Delchev is registered as a farmer, an individual according to Ordinance № 3 of 1999 for establishing and maintaining a register of agricultural producers in the Agriculture Department of Haskovo. The holding of the applicant is located in the village of Tsareva poliana, municipality of Stambolovo, Haskovo and has a crop-growing area - wheat growing 4,400 decares, natural grass 1,200 decares and indicated intentions for planting in 2018/2019 economic year - pepper outdoor production - 5,200 decares, water-2,590 decares and the intention to create 5,500 decares of permanent plantation - plums. It is registered in IACS and participates in the direct payment schemes. The investment intentions in the project proposal consist in the modernization of the activity, by buying a tractor - small size and attachments whose technical characteristics are comparable to the size and the direction of the holding.
