The subject of the investment covers the biosecurity of the farm - a set of management and physical measures that reduce the risk of penetration, development and spread of animal diseases and last but not least, getting quality milk. The working conditions and the microclimate on the farm will be significantly improved. increase of comfort and hygiene of breeding, which will significantly contribute to the reduction of diseases and increase productivity, as at the moment the basic cleaning is done by hand, which on the one hand is very laborious and time consuming and workers enter the farm, which leads to the penetration and spread of animal diseases. The cultivation of the areas is carried out by renting equipment from neighboring farms, which in turn leads to the extension of agro-technical measures over time and their cost. The investment in a milking installation with a central milk line completely replaces the labor intensity, the entry of workers and milking with the rubber, which does not fully comply with the requirements of Ordinance 44 on biosecurity in the farm. , and farmed crops that are wholly and exclusively for animal feed, no income from the crop sector is generated.
