Purchase of equipment covering biosecurity requirements in the livestock farm

Mr. Dimitrov applied with a project under Selection Procedure № BG06RDNP001-4.008 "Target admission for farmers in the livestock sector" under sub-measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings" of measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020, for the purchase of equipment serving a cow farm with a capacity of 250 bovine animals. The subject of the investment covers biosecurity of the farm - a set of management and physical measures that reduce the risk of penetration, development and spread of animal diseases and last but not least place receiving quality milk.The working conditions and the microclimate on the farm will be significantly improved. increase of comfort and hygiene of cultivation, which will significantly contribute to the reduction of diseases and increase of productivity. The treatment of the areas is carried out with own equipment, which is depreciated. The introduction and operation of the equipment will lead to: • reducing the access of outsiders to the farm; • improving the quality of milk; .reduction of respiratory diseases.
