Construction of a farm for raising calves for negotiation in Land № 099040, Papoto locality, the land of the village of Musomishta, municipality Gotse Delchev, Blagoevgrad region

With the current investment project, Lyuben Savov PA is applying under sub-measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings", in order to create a fattening shed for 100 pcs. calves. The investment envisages the construction of a building - a shed, a hayloft, vertical planning, a fence, 2 pcs. fertilizer sites and a carcass collection point at the livestock site, and the purchase of modern technological equipment and agricultural machinery for raising calves. The project proposal is aimed at the following activities aimed at creating a modern tele-fattening farm with high biosecurity measures: 1. Television building with two boxes for 10 calves from 3 to 6 months and four boxes for 20 calves from 6 to 12 months. The main functions of the farm for raising calves for fattening, with distribution: barn, corridor, household help, office, toilet and bathroom 2. Construction and installation works for haystack for storage of hay and fodder for animal feed 3. Construction and installation works for the implementation of an arched fence, vertical planning reinforced with nets to the new livestock farm, two identical fertilizer sites and a carcass collection point with a container for temporary storage of carcasses of dead animals that are not used for other purposes. 4. Purchase of necessary equipment for carrying out the work process: 1 pc. tractor brand KUBOTA model M135GXS V with additional equipment to it, 1 pc. brand KUBOTA model LA 2256 with additional equipment, 2 pcs. scraper installation for cleaning the fertilizer paths; 24 pcs. drinking bowls Alm-KRT, 6 pcs. automatic drinkers Alm-KRT and 10 pcs. watering trough, to ensure continuous free access to water for the animals; 1 piece. Aggregate for grinding and mixing feed.
