Purchase of technological equipment for pig breeding in "Pig Complex Nikolovo" AD

Nikolovo Pig Complex AD is located in Northern Bulgaria, the region of the Danube Plain near the town of Ruse. The pig complex is located on the main site in property №190004 on the land of the village of Nikolovo with EKATTE 51679, municipality. Ruse. This project proposal is for the purchase of technological equipment worth BGN 987,694.13, for 5 existing buildings for sows: Building 1 Breeding and conditional pregnancy, repair pigs and boars; Building; 2 Fertilization and conditional pregnancy; Building 3 Proven pregnancy; Building 4 Proven pregnancy; Building 5 Proven pregnancy. For each building, the equipment consists of pig pens, feeding equipment and climate control equipment.Each of the buildings will be equipped with individual boxes: in Building 1 and 2 and group boxes: in Building 3,4 and 5 for breeding pigs conditional and proven pregnancy, repair pigs and boars, the number of which is consistent with the capacity of existing buildings . The dining equipment for the five buildings is automated. Feeding pregnant sows is done in the most modern way with electronic stations, which provide an individual ration for each pig.The climate control equipment in Building 1,2,3,4, and 5 will perform complete climate control, namely control of the intake air (air ducts with automatic control), control of the exhaust air (variable and highly efficient and energy saving fans) . The volume of ventilation is controlled by a climate controller (computer). The minimum and maximum volume of ventilation is in accordance with the physiological needs of the animals and the season and is sufficient to provide fresh air and evacuation of harmful gases (ammonia, carbon dioxide). The equipment in Building 1,2,3,4 and 5 guarantees the necessary conditions for animal welfare and maintenance of their health.
