Purchase of technological equipment for a poultry farm

This investment project presents the possibility of financial support for a project of PA Georgi Georgiev for production of quality products - free-range hen eggs under sub-measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings" of the Rural Development Program 2014-2020. It is planned to purchase and install the following equipment: Installation for aviary breeding of 16,819 pcs. stretchers and is consistent with the dimensions of the building: 60 x 12 x 4.20 - TECNO AS 310; Egg packing machine SANOVO FARMPACKER 70 - The provided packing machine will be connected to the production building by means of an egg conveyor. It is intended for packing in commercial packaging for delivery to the end customer of the produced eggs. The productivity of the machine reaches a maximum of 25,000 eggs / hour. This capacity is optimal, as the average daily egg production reaches 16,000. The production capacity allows to avoid critical moments in the peak periods of egg production and is consistent with the fact that much of the working time is lost when starting and stopping the machine, its maintenance and daily cleaning .; Three-phase diesel unit AKSA AD275 for emergency power supply, which will be used to provide reserve power in case of accidents. Since to maintain the microclimate and all the necessary indicators in the cultivation of laying hens it is necessary to work simultaneously a set of systems - for ventilation, air conditioning, feeding, watering, lighting, it is extremely important for a modern farm to have reserve power. After the realization of the investment intention, the capacity of the new equipment will allow the production of nearly 5 million commercial eggs per year, which will allow the producer to generate stable revenues and thus increase its competitiveness.
