MILKI ESTATE EOOD is the owner of a livestock farm with veterinary registration No. 0463540018 (old: 8948-0089), located on the land of the village of Bogdanovo, Nova Zagora Municipality, Sliven District, with a capacity of up to 100 calves. At the moment, 20 calves and young animals up to 1 year of age are kept in the livestock farm. The current project proposal is construction of a farm for breeding calves and pregnant heifers with a total capacity of up to 500 in PI with identifier 04635.66.259 Bogdanovo, Nova Zagora municipality, district Sliven " According to the prepared investment project, the construction of the farm includes the following subprojects: 1. Production building - stable for breeding calves and pregnant heifers - area and total area - 2657.00 sq.m. 2. Fodder warehouse - ZP and RZP - 640.00 sq.m. 3. Sanitary van - 18sq.m / with permission for placement under art. 56 of the Spatial Development Act / 4. Boxes for calves - for placement 5. Disinfection site - 18 sq.m. 6. Openwork fence - the length of the fence is 1061 l.m. at a height of at least 1.50 m. Under the current project proposal, the application is for the construction of the barn (only part Architectural, part Electrical and part plumbing), for the construction of the feed warehouse, for the construction of the fence. Under the project proposal, an application is also made for the purchase of part of the necessary technological equipment - purchase of scraper systems for disposal of fertilizer mass with a traction lever and Ventilation of the barn (fans). 1. Production building - stable for breeding calves and pregnant heifers - area and total area - 2657.00 sq.m. The main processes in the building are for raising 500 breeding calves and pregnant heifers. 2. Subproject - Fodder warehouse - ZP and RZP - 640.00 sq.m. The fodder warehouse is located in the northern part of the property at a distance. The whole building is a metal structure with a roof covering of thermal panels.
