The applicant ZELENA STRANDJA LTD raises it's animals by a biologically certified method in an existing livestock farm, registered under art. 137 of the law for the veterinary medical activity. In order to further develop its livestock activities, the company plans to invest in construction of a warehouse for fodder and a fence, as well in major repairs of existing cow farms, warehouses and household premises, and purchase of agricultural machinery. . The total value of the investment amounts to BGN 953,027.98 (excluding the total costs related to the investment) and is distributed as follows: - Construction and installation work new construction a FODDER WAREHOUSE including: - Arched hall - BGN 226,777.46 - Vertical planning - BGN 146,662.35. - Fence - BGN 12,613.80. Construction and installation works will be performed under a contract with the company "ELIT" Ltd. - Construction works over existing COW FARM, HOUSEHOLD AND WAREHOUSE PREMISES, including: -Cow farm - BGN 131,634.62 - Residential building - BGN 31,275.04. -Warehouses- BGN 18,464.71. Construction and repair works will be performed under a contract with the company "ELIT" Ltd. - Agricultural machinery with supplier "Ivana Agro" Ltd worth BGN 385,600.00. The investment is fully consistent with the size of the farm and the number of animals kept. The agricultural machinery is necessary for the processing of animal feed and will be used on leased or own agricultural land, as the areas provided according to the developed business plan amount to 800 decares, namely 100 decares - barley, 150 decares of wheat, 50 decares of meadows, 500 decares of pastures and meadows.
