Construction of two storage buildings for storage of fodder

The project proposal concerns an investment for the construction of 2 storage buildings for storage of fodder in Regulated Land XXXI-135, Chuprene village. The buildings have the following parameters - Warehouse 1 - Total area 1,468.47 sq.m; Warehouse 2 - total area 1,138.89 sq.m .; VP - 3,216.64 sq.m. All roughage is produced on the farm, on the lands managed by the company. They are harvested in the form of roll bales and transported to the farm area. It is envisaged that the new warehouse will be built at the existing livestock site of the company in the village of Chuprene for breeding cattle of meat breeds. Currently, indoor storage of feed is severely limited due to lack of appropriate buildings - storage halls and sheds. The construction of suitable storage areas ensures quality storage of raw materials / feed required for feeding this type of high class animals. According to the developed business plan, the following types and quantities of fodder are needed for the feeding of all animals with a capacity of 450 PU in the farm: Alfalfa hay - 240,000 kg; Meadow hay - 720,000 kg, of which 382,500 kg for haylage Straw - 320,000 kg; Haylage - 227,500 kg; Concentrated feed (wheat): 350,000 kg. Of the quantities of fodder thus set, 1,507,500 kg will be baled and stored in the form of roll bales and 350,000 kg in bulk. The rolled bales have dimensions of 1.2X1.2 m and approximately 300 kg each. The volume of one bale is 1.2x1.2x1.2 = 1.728 m3 or a total of 5025 pieces, 8683.2 m3 The net usable storage volume in Warehouse 1 is 5708.02 m3 (bales). Warehouse 2 consists of two rooms. The useful volume of the first room is 2290.18 m3 or with the possibility to store most of the remaining 2975 m3 bales, and the second room will be used for storage of the remaining bales and concentrated fodder - wheat in bulk.
