CONSTRUCTION OF A SILOS FARM FOR STORAGE OF FEED FOR THE NEEDS OF A LIVESTOCK FARM

SSOZ CLASS Ltd. applies under sub-measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings" under a selection procedure № BG06RDNP001-4.008 "Targeted admission for farmers in the sector" Livestock "under sub-measure 4.1" Investments in agricultural holdings "of measure 4 Investments in tangible assets investment in silo farm with which it will provide for the needs of its livestock farm in the town of Zavet, Zavet municipality, Razgrad district. The investment proposal is aimed at construction and equipment of a silo farm, consisting of two silos - one for corn for grain and one for wheat, each with a cubic capacity of 1997 cubic meters, to ensure safe storage of feed at the farm, as a result of which the milk yield of the cows will be increased and the biosecurity of the farm will be achieved. The investment will facilitate and improve working conditions, contribute to job creation and increase milk production. Currently, the livestock farm has a total number of 172 cattle, of which 97 dairy cows breed Bulgarian Black and White for milk production, described in the Information for animals in the site by category. As an additional activity SSOZ CLASS Ltd. manages and cultivates over 20 thousand decares of land in the lands of Zavet municipality and Isperih municipality, sown with wheat, barley, oats, sunflower, alfalfa, rapeseed and corn.The subject of the production activity of SSOZ CLASS Ltd. is breeding of cows for milk - production of raw milk. The second main product of the farm is fattened cattle - live weight, because the male calves are sold. The purpose of this project is directly related to the production activity of the applicant and is to build a silo farm for the purposes of the livestock site. The equipment provided for purchase is in accordance with the volume of production of the livestock farm. The investment will improve the storage of feed used for animal feed and increase the biosecurity of the whole farm.
