AGROLAND EOOD is the owner of a livestock farm-cowshed with No. 7705800094 (veterinary registration 2933-0443), located on the land of the town of Hadjidimovo, Hadjidimovo municipality, Blagoevgrad district. This project proposal aims to modernize a livestock farm for dairy cows by building a cow farm in PI 77058.5.217, Petrovata, Hadjidimovo, region. Blagoevgrad. For the complete construction of the livestock farm a technical investment project has been prepared, which envisages the performance of the following construction and installation works: DISINFECTION PLATE - 18m2 FERTILIZER LAGOON - 674m2 Checkpoint - 2m2 BUILDING FOR MILKING, HOUSEHOLD PART AND MATERNITY -1220M2 FOOD STORAGE WAREHOUSE - 1386m2 STABLE FOR DAIRY COWS - 1558 m2 CORPORATION COLLECTION POINT - 12m2 DRAWING PIT - HOUSEHOLD PART DRAWING PIT - WASTE FROM MILKING HALL WATER METER TANK FOR PPN 108m3 / 76m2 OPEN FENCE With this project proposal, only the construction of the Food Storage Warehouse, the construction of the fertilizer lagoon and the construction of an openwork fence are applied for. The applicant will finance with its own funds the activities for construction and installation work for construction of a disinfection site, checkpoint, building for milking parlor, household and maternity ward, stable for dairy cows, carcass point, two latrine pits, water meter shaft and tank for PPN and purchase of technological equipment for the cow farm. "AGROLAND" Ltd. raises dairy cows mainly from breeds of black-colored - Holstein and Simmental. These breeds have very good characteristics. The applicant is expected to raise 158 dairy cows. This capacity will accordingly be maintained until the 10th year of the business plan. The born calves will be used to replace the herd, and some of them will be sold. The total amount of the investment under the present project proposal is BGN 976,250.14 without VAT.
