ET "Katle - Peycho Penev" applied with a project under Selection Procedure № BG06RDNP001-4.008 "Target admission for farmers in the livestock sector" under sub-measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings", plans investment "Construction and equipment of a livestock farm with a capacity of 130 number of cows on the land of the village of Bozveliysko Regulated plot XIII quarter 66, according to the plan of the village of Bozveliysko municipality of Provadia, covering the requirements - biosecurity, serving the livestock farm. The subject of the investment covers the construction of a building, which will be carried out with own funds. The current project implements a set of measures for the new building designed to reduce the risk of introduction and spread of disease, defined as biosecurity, including: - Minimization of the working staff by means of automation of the processes, respectively the access and the contact with the animals; - Automated cleaning of food paths during a certain period; - Providing automated supply of drinking water with the required temperature and appropriate drinking qualities; - Providing automated food delivery, without direct contact with staff; - Automatic cleaning before milking; Installation of special enclosing elements - windbreaks and curtains, both for the comfort of animals and for protection against insects and rodents; - Providing cozy and at the same time with a high degree of hygiene boxes for lying down. At the same time, the whole farm is provided with controlled access, fence, disinfection system, fodder and litter buildings, other measures increasing the biosecurity of the site, which will lead to overall improvement of working conditions, improvement of hygiene, veterinary, phytosanitary, environmental and other production conditions.
