Investments in agricultural machinery and equipment for renovation and development of the available tangible assets and provision of opportunities for production of organic agricultural products in the farm of ZP Milan Minkov Gerganov

This project proposal is aimed at investments for development and supplementation of the self-propelled equipment and attached equipment necessary for the production of organic sheep's milk. The farm of Milan Minkov Gerganov PA currently uses about 227 decares of natural meadows, 109 decares of meadows and pastures and about 290 decares of other forage crops and alfalfa mixtures for the production of some of the necessary fodder for feeding sheep and goats. As the whole farm is certified for organic production and specialization in sheep breeding is planned, the goats on the farm in the presented business plan are considered outside the project. The business plan is based on the breeding of 250 ewes and their offspring. The animals are kept: in J.O. № 5668-0094, village of Dalbok dol, municipality Troyan and is registered under Art. 137 of the LVMD. The main part of the realized production is organic sheep's milk, as well as lambs as a result of the natural reproduction of the flock. For the production of the necessary fodder the project proposal envisages the use of 200 decares of natural meadows, 90 decares of meadows and pastures and about 260 decares of other fodder crops. Investments are planned in a KUBOTA M5 111 tractor, which will be aggregated with the available front loader on the farm, SITREX DM / 6S, SITREX SR 420/11 rotary haymaker and SITREX ACTION SR 420/11 white baler.
