Construction of a sheep farm-dairy direction on the land of the village of Nikolaevo, Sliven municipality

ZP Vasil Georgiev Popov is a registered agricultural producer under Ordinance No. 3, managing a livestock farm-sheep farm on the land of the village of Nikolaevo, Sliven Municipality. The livestock farm is focused on breeding sheep - dairy direction under selection control, from the breed Synthetic population Bulgarian dairy sheep. The farm is classified as a size below the national average, and its principle of operation is a family farm. With the current project proposal ZP Vasil Popov intends to expand and modernize its livestock site, building on the site of the existing livestock building with a new livestock building with greater capacity and meeting the new trends and requirements in sheep breeding. At the moment, the farmer operates in his own livestock farm with an extremely old building stock, which over time has been adapted for sheep breeding, but nevertheless the condition and internal location of the building are unsuitable for modern dairy farming. in view of mechanization of the main processes of animal nutrition and maintenance of high levels of hygienic and sanitary requirements. It is extremely important for Vasil Popov PA to comply with all technological, technical and hygienic requirements in the industry, in accordance with European Union regulations. Only in this way will the farm be able to establish itself as a competitive producer of sheep's milk. The construction of the new livestock building subject to the current investment project will enable ZP Vasil Popov to meet the new challenges and trends in sheep breeding, which lead to constant optimization of production.
