Modernization of a cow farm through reconstruction of an existing livestock farm and installation of a milking parlor

With the present investment project Rumyana Petkova Ruseva applies for financial support under measure 4.1. "Investments of agricultural holdings", targeted reception "Livestock" from the RDP 2014-2020. The investment intention of the applicant is related to the modernization of an existing cow farm through the reconstruction of the existing farm building and construction of an annex to it, purchase and installation of a milking parlor and other technological equipment. After the implementation of the planned investment in the cow farm will be raised 154 dairy cows of the breed Black variegated cattle The project will be implemented in two stages, with the reconstruction and construction of an extension (construction costs) planned for the first interim payment. At the next stage, investments will be made in the purchase and installation of technological equipment. The value of the planned investment is BGN 894999.47 without VAT, and contracts for its implementation have been concluded with the selected suppliers. After the realization of the project intention, another person will be appointed to take care of the animals on the farm. The initial intentions of the applicant are the investment to be realized through financial instruments, within 24 months after the official approval of the project proposal and signing of a grant agreement with ASF-PA.
