Construction of a building and garages - entrance filter for workers and external visitors, fence, photovoltaic plant 30KW and purchase of technological equipment for a poultry farm for intensive breeding of broilers in the village of Kichenitsa, Razgrad municipality, Razgrad district in PI № 000058

The investment under this project proposal is related to the implementation of the biosecurity program and improvement of the production conditions in the poultry farm and includes:1. Construction of a new building with garages at the entrance of the poultry farm, which will serve as a filter for external visitors, consisting of changing rooms for personal and business attire and a bathroom between them; security room with bathroom-toilet, rest rooms for workers, rooms with kitchenette, rest room with bathroom-toilet, bathroom-toilet to one living room and two storage rooms; two rest rooms with an external entrance with an entrance hall and a bathroom-toilet to each of them and with exits to a covered shed; two garages for the car, separated in a separate fire department. The total value of the building is BGN 160 419.06;2. The construction of an openwork fence - 393 l.m. in order to limit the access of humans and animals to the poultry farm, which is of particular importance for the protection of farmed birds from diseases from external vectors, as well as for improving the biosecurity at the site. The value of an openwork fence is BGN 47,067.75; P3. Parking and public works - vertical planning without site nets 1490 m2 - construction of concrete pavement and sidewalks around the buildings worth BGN 69785.78. 4. Construction of a photovoltaic power plant for own needs with an installed capacity of 30 KW on the roof space of Hall 3 of the livestock farm worth BGN 74 515.82; Purchase of new technological equipment for Building №1 and Building №2 - watering and heating system worth BGN 54,452.39.The total value of the investment under the project proposal is BGN 406 220,80 and is entirely focused on the implementation of daily procedures for biosecurity, farm hygiene, as an element of good practices for poultry farm management.
