Overhaul of an outbuilding, installation of a new line for breeding laying hens and construction of a new storage room and purchase of specialized equipment

The main goal of this project is to modernize a poultry farm for laying hens. The farm will be located on the land of the village of Bogdan, Dobrich-rural municipality, Dobrich district The modernization of the agricultural holding through the purchase and commissioning of modern and high-performance production equipment. This will contribute to improving the efficiency of production by intensifying and automating the technological processes, increasing the volume of production and improving the organization and quality of the sales process. It also aims to comply with all European requirements and production standards that are relevant to the company's activities, including animal welfare, environmental protection and improvement of working conditions. The intentions set in this way fully cover the general objectives of the measure, namely the modernization of agricultural holdings and the improvement of their overall activity and competitiveness by updating production conditions and introducing new processes and technologies aimed at producing quality agricultural products. The project includes major repairs of the hall, construction of a storage room, delivery and installation of technological equipment for raising laying hens. Prerequisite for making this type of investment is determined by the fact that the farm is commercially oriented and has a contractual relationship for the sale of products.
