Repair and rehabilitation of existing pumping station and irrigation infrastructure, purchase and installation of new machinery and equipment for irrigation, measurement and monitoring and improving the conductivity of existing irrigation facilities for irrigation (HMSN) and construction of a photovoltaic plant on the roof and land PI 43476.68.101 in the territory of the town of Letnitsa.

The subject of the present project proposal is reconstruction and rehabilitation / modernization of an existing Irrigation System (HMSN) consisting of a pumping station and accompanying linear infrastructure with an electrical substation in PI 43476.68.101 in Itsov Bodjak area in the town of Letnitsa. The necessary water quantities for the operation of the irrigation system are delivered through a contract for the supply of irrigation water with “Napoitelni Sistemi” EAD. The irrigation field serviced by the existing HMSN has a total area of 8 100.02 decares. The distribution by way of permanent use of the agricultural land is as follows: - Fields (arable land) with a total area of 7 991.14 decares; - Orchards - 67.10 decares; - Other used territories with perennials - 41.18 decares. During the last over 12 years of the existing HMSN, subject of the project proposal has not functioned due to the need to restore the compromised branches of the irrigation system and the reconstruction of the pumping station and its accompanying facilities.
