Investments related to measures to increase biosecurity in the company's livestock farm

The aim of VARDMEX EOOD and the project in particular is to increase the biosecurity in the livestock farm of the company located in the village of Karamanovo, municipality. Tsenovo, region Ruse, Livadite area with veterinary registration number 7130-0463 and new registration number 3631680032. The livestock farm meets the veterinary requirements related to intensive breeding of pigs for meat production. In 2019, a primary outbreak of African swine fever was announced on the territory of the livestock farm, announced by Order № RD11-1695 / 16.08.2019 issued by the Executive Director of the BFSA. As a result, all livestock kept on the site (sows, piglets under 45 days of age, growing pigs, fattening pigs and boars) were destroyed according to the attached destruction protocols. In this regard, all biosecurity measures have been taken with this project for the breeding facilities for pig breeding, defined in Ordinance № 44 of 20.04.2006 on the veterinary medical requirements for the breeding facilities (promulgated SG No. 41 of 19.05.2006). .), namely: • Automated robot for cleaning farms - 1 piece with an effective working area up to 6 m., High pressure hose 50 m., Water pressure 180-220 bar with 24V DC power supply, Minimum width of the path in a turn, with standard wheels: 1000-800 mm inside-out. • Machine for seed cleaning and decontamination of cereal seeds - 1 piece with Length of the machine - 6.4 m, Width of the machine - 1.4 m, Height of the machine - 2.8 m, Weight of the machine - 1300 kg, El. machine power - 3.75 kW, Productivity - from 2 to 4.5-5 t / h. • Incinerator for incineration / disposal of animal by-products - pig carcasses - with a loading capacity of 1000 kg and a combustion capacity of up to 100 kg / h with a volume of up to 2 m3 • Machine for loading and transportation of animal waste with a nominal power of 55 kW / 75 HP, Load capacity - 3,300 kg, bucket 2000 l., Equipped with a fork and lifting height 6.9 m
