The project proposal includes the following activities: 1. Construction of an antenna tower for a radar station used for meteorological observations and early hailstorm warnings in Northeastern and Central Bulgaria and the required infrastructure - electrical power supply and plumbing. 2. Purchase and installation of 1 (one) set of radio-electronic equipment for 1 (one) Doppler electronic meteorological radar station with "S" band range and purchase of equipment for data storage and analysis - computer configurations, monitors and a server for data base storage and processing. 3. Development, purchase and installation of specialized software for hail suppression. 4. Purchase of vehicles equipped for transportation of specialized equipment for hail suppression and specific cargo - anti-hail missiles.
