Investments related to reaching the highest level of biosecurity and installation of a mobile facility for destruction of animal by-products (FWP) in a pig farm located in Borovo, PI 170011

The project proposal applies for the following investments: 1. "Fence-1" WHITE ZONE "" has a total length of 234.5 m and consists of sections A, B, C, D E, F, G. Parts of the route of the fence are along property boundaries, and separate parts are are an inner fence. The individual sections enclose and form a "White Zone": 2.. "Fence-2" BLACK ZONE "" has a total length of 262.7 m and consists of sections A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H. Parts of the route of the fence are along property boundaries, and separate parts are an inner fence. All sections enclose and form a "Black Zone". 3. Hygienic filter, office, living room, bathrooms and corridor. 4. Technological corridor - movable, prefabricated construction of thermal panels (wall and roof) it will provide a connection between the two existing piggeries and the new filter, thus eliminating the contact of workers with the external environment, as well as the possibility of import or export. of infection in animals. Pigs will be imported and exported to and from the pig farm along the technological corridor. It is functionally connected with the previous site and with Pig-1 and Pig-2. 5. Primary hygiene filter - Removable container, pre-prepared in factory conditions, it is placed in place according to the project. In this area the same is removed. fence and a hole is formed in it. 6. Reinforced concrete platform for installation of 2 silos, which will feed each of the piggeries with fodder. The area of ​​the site for two silos is 34.0 m2. 7. Reinforced concrete platform for installation of a mobile incinerator with an area of 39.0 m2. and delivery of the incinerator itself 8. It is planned to fix the area in front of the main entrance. The terrain is leveled and reinforced concrete is laid. In this way the space at the entrance is ennobled. A system for disinfection of incoming vehicles is installed for washing and disinfection of vehicles. A pipe system with nozzles is built on a metal "P".
