Start-up support for setting up and developing farms for young farmers

The farm includes sufficient agricultural area for the development of the planned production. It is not foreseen to increase it. An orchard with pear trees will be planted on an area of 2,4494 hectares. Farm will develop in the field of permanent crops, and on a small part of the areas farmer will continue to grow onions. Implementation of the business plan begins in the first business year with the completion of a course on conservation of environmental components. Volume of production will grow in future, because of the new areas planted with pears . That will make the farm more suitable to the market conditions. The cost of production will be significantly reduced. The farm will become more competitive. With higher production volumes, the possibility of more profitable contracts for the purchase of wholesale products will be sought. Farmer is planning to employ one person on a permanent employment contract in the second business year. She will declare each year his areas for direct payments support and state aid schemes applicable to her holding.
