The company "Big Rock" Ltd. is registered agricultural producer from october 20 2017 year, according to Ordinance № 3 of 29.01.1999 on the establishment and maintenance of a register of agricultural producers. The company is oriented to the sector "Plant growing" and manages plantations of 4,683 decares plums and vegetable plantations 20 decares with dill. The agricultural holding is located in the village of Petrov dol, Provadia municipality, Varna district. Orchard plantation is located on a property for which the company has the right of use on the basis of a lease contract, and the vegetable crops are located on properties with right of use under the Agreement on the use of arrays for the 2017/2018 agricultural year. The company is growing orchard plantation in a biological way, according to a contract for biological certification and control with SGS Bulgaria Ltd. The project proposal of "Big Rock" Ltd aims at developing and expanding the plant by planting new 6 decares of plum plantations, organic cultivation of the fruit, buying agricultural machinery and creating employment. The candidate aims to increase the sustainability and viability of the farm, as well as to develop a competitive agriculture holding.
