Ivo Angelov Pepechkov was registered as a farmer, natural person on 16.02.2018 under Ordinance № 3 of 1999 with stone fruit species (sour cherries), located on the territory of the village of Gorno Sahrane, Pavel Banya, Reg. Stara Zagora. The total area of ​​the land under management is 26,662 decares, the plantation of the sour cherries is 22,000 decares and the 4,662 decares are uncultivated. For the agricultural land, on which the main crops are cultivated, there is a contract for the re-lease of agricultural land concluded for a period of 6 / six / business years, as of 01.10.2017, notarized and registered at the Registration Agency - Kazanlak, together with up-to-date sketches of properties. Plantations are new.Near the cultivated areas there are no natural and artificial water sources. Areas are almost equal, with a small slope that does not cause the development of soil erosion processes. It does not have available industrial buildings, storage facilities for plant protection products and mineral fertilizers. The farmer uses fertilizers of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium for fertilizing. He buys the mineral fertilizers in small quantities, which he immediately uses. The rules and deadlines for fertilization are not observed. Scattering is done manually. Plant care is relatively good. Selected varieties of sour cherries are used when creating the cherry garden.
