The farmer manages 28,762 decares of agricultural land, of which 22,000 decares is a orchard, with the following types of perennials: 6,188 decares of cherries; 0.563 acres of apricots; 1,690 acres of peaches; 13,559 decares of plums. The remaining 6,762 decares will be kept as fallow land during the current marketing year. All the cultivated land is its own. The plantations are young, unfruitful. They are planted in 2016 and 2017. They will enter fruiting in 2020 and 2021. They will develop their own farm by creating 1,362 decares of plum orchard and cultivating 5,400 decares of vegetables. The new crops will be grown on the areas which are kept as fallow land during the 2017/2018 farm year.
