The project proposal by Serdar Sungai Ahmed is under sub-measure 6.1 "Start-up for Young Farmers" under Measure 6 "Development of farms and enterprises" of the 2014-2020 Rural Development Program. The farm is growing in the growing sector, Fruit and Vegetables sector.

The farm is developing and will continue to grow in the Fruit and Vegetables sector. During the current 2017/2018 economic year there are cultivated 10,000 decares of cherries, 4,000 decares of tomatoes-open production and 11,000 decares of pepper-open production. It is planned to rent another 4,000 decares of agricultural land over the years; to preserve the area of the tomatoes, and to replace the pepper with a permanent plantation of stone fruit species. Until the check, the applicant will: Buy Motofresh; will undergo training in agriculture and training on key environmental protection issues; will appoint a worker on a labor contract. The newly established permanent plantation of stone fruit species will be cultivated in a biological way. It will comply with existing and newly introduced EU standards.
