In order to achieve the viability of the farm and the proper implementation of the business plan, the applicant plans to carry out the following activities: 1. Creation of a new permanent crop of 7 dka cherries. It is planned to make the lease in 2020 of leased land. 2. As the size of the project is expanding, the need for a workforce arises and the applicant intends to open one job by appointing a worker-grower on the labor contract in the third year of the business plan. 3.To the date of verification of the implementation of the business plan, training will be undertaken for acquiring professional qualification in agriculture, using the 1 "Knowledge transfer and awareness actions" of RDP 14-20. 4. Also, by the end of the second year of implementation of the business plan, training will be completed on the main problems of environmental protection using m 1 of the RDP 2014-2020. 5. By keeping logs on plant protection and purchasing work clothes, the requirements for compliance with European standards will be fulfilled.
