Growing of existing perennials of 18,669 decares plums, and 1,657 decares of cherries. Purchase of agricultural equipment and lease of new 8,000 decares of cherry plantations

The project proposal includes the cultivation of existing permanent crops of 18,669 decares of plums and 1,657 decares of cherries from the present 2017/2018 economic year to the fifth 2022/2023 economic year under the rules of organic production. In 2018, the farmer plans to acquire professional skills and competences by completing a 150-hour course in agriculture and training on key environmental protection issues in the agricultural sector by completing a course or participating in information activities on these issues with a minimum of 8 hours. Purchase of a disc harrow - 1 pc. in 2019 at an estimated value of 3,000.00 leva. The same year, the applicant will rent finished perennial cherry plantations with an area of ​​8,000 decares. It is envisaged that the whole farm will go to organic production, and new cherry plantations will also be cultivated according to the rules of organic production, for which purpose an annex to the contract with the controlling person will be concluded. The farmer plans to create 1 new job in his farm in 2020.
